I run advisory alongside a full executive role. That is intentional. Fewer engagements means more depth per engagement. If we work together, you get my brain, not my bandwidth.

We surface the actual problem behind the presenting one. We pressure-test your current direction. We identify the smallest set of moves that unlocks progress. And we decide honestly whether deeper collaboration makes sense.

Not a sales call. The shortest path to knowing whether we should work together.

Step 2 — Strategic Sprint

CHF 2,500. One problem. One outcome.

A focused half-day built around a single clearly defined challenge. A strategic fork. A product decision with too many opinions. An organisational question that keeps resurfacing without resolution.

No open ends. No vague deliverables.

Step 3 — Retainer Partnership

For work that benefits from continuity.

Some challenges are recurring. Context compounds. When that is true, a retainer makes sense.

Structured as explicit monthly blocks. Time tracked transparently and deducted against the block. Nothing hidden.

Entry: CHF 5,000 per month.
Core partnership: CHF 8,000 per month.

A retainer secures ongoing access and context. Clear terms on both sides. Not a bucket of hours.

Step 4 — Long-Term Alignment

Equity-based. Selective. Never the default.

When trust is established and the conviction is mutual: reduced cash component, equity in the 1 to 2% range, clear milestones, and long-term involvement tied to real outcomes.

If the company wins, we win together.
